These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of skincare products from Foren (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our website Foren.com.au (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or make a purchase.

“Cosmetic Product” means a product for external use (including face, body, hair, lips) intended to cleanse, beautify, promote attractiveness or alter appearance, and not for therapeutic or medical claims.
“Customer”, “you”, “your” means the person or entity who orders or uses our products.
“Order” means your request to purchase products from us via the Site.
“ACL” means the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
These Terms apply to all orders placed through our Site. Additional terms may apply for promotional offers, gift cards, subscriptions, or special deals. These Terms do not override your rights under mandatory consumer protections under the ACL, except to the extent permitted by law.
We classify our products as cosmetics under Australian law. We do not make therapeutic claims (e.g., “treats disease”, “heals wound”), unless separately approved and registered under the Therapeutic Goods Act. Claims are limited to improving appearance, hydration, fragrance, texture, softness, glow etc.
Any descriptions, images, or specifications of products are intended to represent as accurately as possible how the products actually are. Slight variations may occur (colour, texture, scent) due to natural ingredients and batches.
All prices are in AUD and are inclusive of GST (where applicable). Shipping, handling, and other charges will be added at checkout and clearly displayed.

Payment must be cleared before dispatch. If payment is declined, we will not be able to fulfil the Order.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). If we cancel after payment, a full refund will be provided.
You consent to receive communications about your order via email or SMS (tracking, status updates etc.).
Orders are processed within [2-3] business days. During high demand or promotional periods, this may take longer.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we do our best to meet them, they are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, natural disasters, customs, etc.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you on delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect packages on arrival and notify us immediately of any damage, shortage, or non-receipt.
Under the ACL, you are entitled to consumer guarantees that products will be of acceptable quality, fit for the purpose, and match advertised descriptions. You may request a remedy (refund, replacement, repair) if these guarantees are not met. These rights are in addition to any warranties we offer.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or significantly misdescribed, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with proof (e.g. photos). We will arrange a refund, replacement, or credit.
If you change your mind (non-fault/non-defect), you may return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs in this case are at your expense.
We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged by misuse (except if they are faulty under the ACL).
Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days of receiving the returned goods or proof thereof.
Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies the consumer guarantees under the ACL. Consumer rights under the ACL (such as guarantees of acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, conformity with description) cannot be waived.
If a product has a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement, regardless of whether you keep the product.
All content on the Site including text, product names, images, designs, logos, and branding (“Content”) is owned or licensed by us. You may only use it as permitted (e.g., viewing, ordering). Unauthorised use may infringe our intellectual property rights.
Our trade marks, brand names, logos are registered (or pending) and protected.
To the extent permitted under law, our liability for any loss or damage arising out of your use of our products, the Site, or breach of these Terms is limited to the purchase price of the particular product(s) in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of goodwill.
We are not liable for damages arising from misuse, allergic reaction (except if due to our negligence), or failure to follow usage instructions.
Our products contain natural ingredients. Please check the full ingredient list (as provided via INCI or English on pack / site) before use.
If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, perform a patch test on a small area before regular use. We do not guarantee that any product will be completely free from reaction for all users.
We collect personal information (name, address, email, payment info) to process orders, deliver products, communicate with you, and improve our business.
We will use, store, and manage data in line with our Privacy Policy. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Offers, discounts, coupon codes, rewards, and gift cards are subject to conditions announced at the time of offer. Offers may be limited by time, stock, geography or other restrictions.
We reserve the right to end or change offers at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that State or Territory.
We may update these Terms occasionally (e.g. for legal/regulatory changes, new products, changes to business practices).
The current version will always be posted on the Site with “Last Updated” date.
By continuing to use the Site or purchase after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Prohibited actions include tampering, hacking, distributing malware, using false identities etc.
We may suspend access to the Site for maintenance, or for breach of these Terms.
All online transaction communications (order confirmation, invoicing etc.) constitute legal documents.
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, etc.).
If part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severed, and the remainder of the Terms remain in full force and effect.
